NEW Book Preorder & Bar Hours

Dear Kava Community,

Thank you to everyone who made last week such a success, we even sold out of traditional style kava near the beginning of Friday’s event! Moving forward, the decision has been made to pause our 3-10+ pm Tue-Sat normal business hours and instead focus on opening only for special events and appointments/deliveries (which can be made via email or txting 818-5835). An announcement will be made regarding that soon but I can confirm that the bar will open again at some point later in the week. These new hours of operation, or lack thereof, better reflect the size of the kava market here that is more close-knit compared to other towns. In the long term, this strategy will help Cave Valley Kava survive as a company even if that looks much different compared to the past couple of years.

I am very excited to announce that my new book coming out next month, Kava’s Magical Roots, is now available for preorder! For US-based customers, the books will be available in stores (such as the kava bar) next month and you can order your own at the link below to have it shipped to you. This book was inspired by a customer who came in once asking if I had anything to help with countermagic, which led to me going on to find out the inner workings of kava’s ancient esoteric use. It is a must-read for anyone interested in the arcane origins of the herbal elixir that has been sweeping the world.
